Upon placing an order for products or booking of services on this site, you hereby expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Products and Services
The products and services described on the Site, including any samples that we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You hereby agree not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel, or reduce the quantity of any of the ordered products or services, in our sole discretion, if there is reasonable basis to believe that it may result in the violation of this Terms and Conditions. All of the products and services are subject to availability and scheduling limitations.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Orders, Returns and Refunds
Orders that have been confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled, except in justifiable or exceptional cases. Cancellation, return and refund requests should be sent to us within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt, together with sufficient justification to support the request.
Prices and additional charges
All prices of the products and services exclude the applicable convenience and transaction charges and fees. These amounts will be added to the total price upon check-out before being directed to the third-party payment gateway provider. The prices of products and services are subject to change without notice.
Discounts and promos
We offer our products and services at discounted rates from time to time and on a limited basis. These are subject to the terms and conditions of the promos being offered, the availability of the product and service, and scheduling limitations.
Payments
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment options. Any form of fraudulent or false transactions will be reported to the proper authorities and will be dealt with accordingly.
We never store, nor do we obtain access to, your credit and debit card, or online payment details, as the payments are processed through a third party provider.
Delivery Policy
We follow all national and local government mandated restrictions and guidelines. As such, some areas may experience longer delivery and shipping times. We will do our best to keep you updated of any change or delays.
For product deliveries, please expect your orders within two (2) to three business (3) days for the National Capital Region, and five (5) to seven (7) business days for the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
We engage third party providers and couriers for the deliveries. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that have been confirmed are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
